mark sell as a shipped

hi
I sell today a product but the mistake I made in handling time only 3 days shipping time is between 15-27 business days.
My mistake is that the handling time is 2 weeks and the shipping time is between 2-9 business days.
In both situations they get the product at the same time
What can I do?
dont mark the shipping option (mark only more 2 weeks), mark the shipping?
If I do not mark ebay will alert me or only if the buyer is complaining?

its my first week that I'm selling on ebay and I dont want they blocket me

You will get an automatic mark against your account if your item does not start tracking within the stated shipping time. I believe you are allowed 6 late shipment marks in any 12 month period before it starts affecting your account.

Yes. If your shipping time is 3 days, if it does not start tracking on the 4th day, your metric gets effected. You should contact the buyer anyway and let the buyer cancel if he does not want to wait 4 weeks for shipping, since if buyer files a claim against paypal/ebay then it's becomes much worse for the seller.

Yes, Ebay's system does not care. I get many sales wherein the buyer requests late shipment as they are on vacation or out of town for work reasons. I sell to satisfy the buyer not ebay, so I save their messages and ship when asked. Late shipment degrades your rating, but sometimes it cannot be helped.
