Today, many advertisers are having issues when they reach their payment threshold, with their payment method being reported as having insufficient funds even though the balance in the payment method is still available. This was an issue last month, but at that time, simply creating a new ad campaign and setting a budget of $3 for that ad was enough to get the ad account back to normal. However, this time the issue is no longer resolved by that method, perhaps Facebook has started reviewing payment methods and realized that this method has been added to many different ad accounts. And this morning when I woke up, I had the same issue, with several ad accounts disabled due to payment errors. I added a new payment method and made it my primary payment method, but I still got the message that the card had insufficient funds. So I replaced another ad account and started using a new payment method that has never been added to any ad account and so far, that account has been spending regularly without any signs of such errors. So I learned another lesson: before adding a payment method, check which ad accounts that card has been added to, see if any ad accounts are disabled. If so, you should use another card that has not been added to any ad account as the default payment method.
If anyone has any other solution that can fix this problem, please share so that everyone can have more experience! Hope everyone can fix this problem so that the ad campaign can operate more stably.
