Manual penalty ... what the hell to do?

The unnatural links Google has detected are simply being ignored and may affect your rankings slightly. Google refers to this as ‘targeted action' against individual links instead of a site as a whole. If your rankings drop a great deal, this means you were relying on too many of the artificial links to rank in Google, but still lucky that Google didn't consider your for a site-wide ban or a more severe keyword over-optimisation penalty.
If you've received this email do not panic, you're not going to be banned out of Google. What you should do is look at your link profile and prepare for clean-up action. Once you're confident that your link profile is free of unnatural links to the best of your knowledge and ability to remove, submit a reconsideration request and start the dialogue with Google's search quality team

Yes, my site is damn important and I worked around 7 months on it, 90% my work, and 2 months ago a schmuck from the competition spams the shit out of one niches and google penalizes me for what? That's not correct, lol. My site is currently making $2,500 - 3,000 per month. Sorry guys but I won't "ditch" my site for an idiot who spammed one of my niches. (I have over 30 niches that I've been working on). I can't really do that

Nobody responded to my primary question yet: My site has 30 niches on it, only 1 niche has been spammed and that's where the problem comes from.
Only that spammed niche will get its rankings affected or the whole 30 niches on my site? (btw the rest of the niches are clean, only one is bad).

He was not. And I already said I'm pretty positive that this problem comes from that niche that has been SPAMMED. All my niches has around 20-30 backlinks on them, that spammed niche has 4000. Makes sense now?How the hell can I remove my backlinks if they are over 3500-4000 spam?

I think each situation is going to be different depending on how your site was penalized, but here's my experience:
I have a site that has 100+ articles on it and received a partial manual penalty recently.
The pages I received the penalty on fell in the SERPS and won't budge. There were only 2 so I did not worry about them and consider them dead.
However, the rest of the site still ranks normally and traffic has improved with each update. I still publish new articles on there and don't even worry about that penalty.
When rankings tank for the entire site, I'll move the content to a new domain and point my links at it.
Consider watching your 30 niches and see if the rankings change with them before doing anything drastic.
You may find that only a couple pages -- like mine -- were targeted and other rankings don't change or change little. For me, it's hardly worth the effort to mess with until the whole thing tanks.
No one cares what you hate.

Was your provider using google?
Serious note, if you don't care for the website just leave it.
If you do care about it spend some time cleaning up the links and submit a reconsideration request.
