Manage Multiple Wordpress Sites?

Its possible to control many websites through one cpanel. It will be easy when a netwrok is created and then it will be easy to go through all editing tasks easily.

It allows you to manage all the sites from a single interface and also provides you with usefull features like cloning sites, taking backup, bulk posts and so much more
It used to be free until last month but i guess they just went paid, though the price is still reasonable

ManageWP seemed like it was going to be a great solution and then they released the monthly subscription prices. 
If you are managing 51 sites and up, you will be paying $84.00 p/m. Do the math, that is just over $1,000.00 annually.
If you are managing 101 sites and up, you are looking at $115.00 p/m, which comes to approximately $1,400.00 annually.
In both cases I quoted the "Business Plan" because for all practical intents and purposes, the "Standard Plan" is virtually useless for serious Internet marketers. With the standard plan you do not have the ability:

Of course, a final option is to pay a coder to write a script for you. We opted to use XMarkPro and it is working fine.
As far as LFE, that would be a way much better option than ManageWP. Since I never joined, I can't say how well the system is in as far as managing your blogs when it comes to updating plugins, themes, etc., in a bulk automated fashion. But you can always hit up the LFE support to find out if that is the case. LFE runs $300.00 a pop until their is a major upgrade, then you have to pay again. But you get access to their WPMUs and Pligg sites, which the last time I checked was at around 5000.
In conclusion, although the software application is good, ManageWP seems a bit pricey compared to other options.

Wp desktop is ok, its only $29 from wpdesktop.com, its not perfect but better than most other apps.
It does cpanel setup as well as managing sites afterwards.
I have LFE but prefer wpdesktop, and for a tenth of the price, of course LFE posts to tumblr etc which is really the only decent selling point of it these days... In my opinion

Are you saying that LFE is not worth even with the WPMU and Pligg setup and the ability to post to over 5000 or so sites? I'm asking because I had it on my to do list to actually check out.

Concerning, wpdesktop, my next questions are, could wpdesktop replace BlogHatter to do your scheduled posting? Also, does it have the capability to add videos and pics to your post? Or, is it just designed to launch WP?

If it's just for posting I use AMR on my 42 site network and it works fine

Multi Site Wordpress is your answer. You can create any amount of wordpress site and manage them as one.

I am too looking for something, to manage post mostly and speed up my work.
Someone mentions AMR as a solution, what is AMR?
Personally I have been looking at them I liked xmarkpro but found it was missing some blog features on the posts like keywords, SEO from my plugisn etc
managewp is pretty cool as it basically just grabs the exact dashboard from your site u log on, though the service is bought for your own server is crazy expensive 6k and without it you have your program hosted by them in a sense though they say they dont save passwords of any sort and have mirrorred servers
