Hi, I am currently managing some facebook groups but the existing facebook tools are too slow and difficult to use. Can anyone recommend an alternative product to administer? Thank

let's learn about some FB tools, or you can share the rights to others
 
You can only do this by making other members admins or moderators to help you manage the group settings, approve or deny posts and requests etc. If you want to automate some tasks like scheduling posts, sending messages etc. you can use a tool like group manager.

which tools are you using?
 
you can use admin assist and set the settings on how or what post is allowed. Even on comment there is a settings on admin assist. Just explore it.
 
Use automated management software for your team. easy to find through apps like google, youtube
 
I think you should use FB's advertising service. it worked better than expected
 
If you mean post in groups, you can use some paid plugins that will help you with that
