You can only do this by making other members admins or moderators to help you manage the group settings, approve or deny posts and requests etc. If you want to automate some tasks like scheduling posts, sending messages etc. you can use a tool like group manager.

you can use admin assist and set the settings on how or what post is allowed. Even on comment there is a settings on admin assist. Just explore it.
