Malware on my site

A number of my Wordpress sites appear to be infected with malware called

Malware/Iframe-AA

Shophos has identified the threats. All sites are using latest version of Wordpress and all plugins are up to date. I would rather not have to reisntall my themes as I have done some tweaking on these.

I can't for the life of me find out instructions on how to remove this, how it got there in the first place and how to prevent this from coming back.

Can anyone give me on any advice on how to identify the said infection, understand where it is located and how to remove it.

Since being infected my site seems to have taken a nose dive down the SERPS although webmaster tools itself doesn't identify the site as having a problem.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Good luck! If u dig deep enough with keyword variations like this one, u gotta find something. Just like me, who had an other type of infection and not on wordpress, so I can't help u any further.
