Well dont expect to be easy but i think its the way to go and its more advantegeous than free traffic
Paid traffic its used by majority of succeful people because it gets you faster results and you can scale it very fast

If you live in a country where you can get a stripe account, Shopify payments or any payment processor, then do e-commerce. You can start with dropshipping. CPCs are much better for e-commerce in comparison with affiliate terms.
Everyone with a threshold account nowadays is running affiliate campaigns for terms like product name + review, driving the CPCs up.

You can search for some of the courses that are focused on e-commerce + google ads.
Most of those courses take you from beginner to having a store + ads running.
