Making Money with Ad & Traffic Arbitrage

Okay.

1)Typically, how many ad units would you recommend having on one page?

2)It seems like this method would be most effective when using click bait content, such as "Top 10 Prettiest Actresses". Have you had any success using this method on sites with informational content, such as "How to Properly Build Links"?

1) A lot depend on the site niche/content/structure, most recommend to have 3-5 units

2) This is not a method, but a process that varies from site to site. There’s no magic and this is not a ‘luck’ thing, quality content and quality traffic will bring profit.

There’s no plug and play solutions and same conditions on two sites will bring different results.

Haha, why wouldn't it be? :)

I suggest invest into quality, rewritten content is better than copied not just for traffic arbitrage needs. So don't waste your time on doing something thats already proven to be risky.

I wouldn't bet on Facebook + AdSense, I would bet on quality traffic, optimized content & ads on your site. If traffic has specific source to doesn't automatically mean that it will have a good performance and performance is a process of optimization.

Are you guys still managing to pull good numbers with Arbitrage? Seems like networks are cracking down a lot.

Also, do you use re-targeting a lot? I assume people that have already visited your site are more likely to click again

Man its not all about content !! but to skip risk when you have high traffic you must use high quality

I see difference in the positive way and have a higher profits than I had a year ago (and three times higher than 2-3 years ago), I don't do any special retargeting.

You're right, its about overall quality a performance, not just content.

Heres a cool way to earn from CLICK arbitrage.

-Become an Affiliate with several Comparison Shopping Engines (ie., Shopping dot com) etc...
A service like DatafeedScripts dot net even offers a turnkey solution.

-Be sure to select/promote products from a popular niche.

-Create a blog that targets your chosen product niche (ie., Photography blog => promote Digital Cameras as your product niche) .
Typically with Comparison Shopping Engines the higher value the product, the more you'll earn PER CLICK.

-One killer stealth tip to get immediate traffic to your blog is to promote a Giveway. In this example i'd give away a Digital Camera (you only need one ;))

Only do this if you can afford to.

Then i'd list my GiveAway on networks. You can easily go on Fiverr and find several services that'll help you promote your GiveAway.

Note:: To run a GiveAway properly you'll need a tool like RaffleCopter, but there are TONS more. With a GiveAway you'll be able to get traffic
to your blog fast, gain more followers on Social Media, get clicks to your CSE affiliate store product links ($$$) & even build your mailing list (very important).

* For TRUE arbitrage... You can then either promote your blog OR your CSE (Comparison Shopping Engine) affiliate website using Bing,
FB ads, Pinterest ads, Youtube ads, Taboola etc...

Arbitrage is all about the SPREAD. If you can spend .20 cents on a click and earn .30 back, then you earn .10 cents. The objective is to
test and then scale your campaigns as fast as possible. The reason is campaigns get knocked off from time to time, which can ultimately
drive up ad costs as new competitors & copycats enter the picture.

This is why I mentioned creating a niche targetted blog.and alternate promo methods like GiveAways.

This way, you'll never have your eggs in ONE basket.

Key Tips to Arbitrage.

-Know your metrics
-Test Test Test
-Track
-Optimize
-Diversify Your Traffic
-Diversify your monetization methods (Adsense, CSEs, Clickbank, JVZoo, CPM, CPA etc...)

I could go into WAY more detail but I hope this helps someone :)

Thanks for your input, however there're better and more detailed 'methods' in other sections on this forum. CPA is not something that I do or advise on in this thread and personally, I prefer other forms of arbitrage.
