Making Money IDEAS

This is a list of the top 10 offers my agency helped clients build in the last 8 weeks. All of them are running profitably at 3 to 13x ROI.

1: Spells and hexes - this one is interesting. Built it and focused it one ONE city. It's pulling in about 6700/m profit. Everything is automated. She just makes 1 video a month.

She didn't want to do it nationwide and become a "guru". So, she first thought of selling a course on how to do it but I talked her into setting up either local semi franchises or hiring local spokespeople in each city she wants to focus on.

5: Voice Feminization Coaching (this one is WILD. It is for women...not transwomen who feel their voices are too deep...and basically don't want to be mistaken as transwomen. If I tell you how well this is selling, you wouldn't believe me. The coach is actually really impressive. She can make her voice do the CRAZIEST things)

6: Knee pain coaching

7: Something sexy i won't divulge

8: Extreme flexibility group coaching /training

9: Nail tech home business Coaching

10: Breathwork

There is a lot of opportunity out there. Crazy sounding stuff have buyers looking for that crazy sounding thing. "We will build your course" agencies are booming. Think big. Think crazy.

I know one guy offering complete courses as a product. He uses ai to create the course...you don't have to record yourself at all and he's swamped with work.

Also, anyone who builds offers should look into offering financing but not through traditional means....none of that 4 payments bs. Get your buyers loans to cover the full cost. The lender i use kicks back 3 % to me. You get paid in full and you never have to worry about clients running out of money on month 2. And they get a 3-10 year term.

Can you send me some the links of the courses that you wrote about? I interested mainly in the Voice Femenization Course because I wanna know why people are buying it.

Yup...there's a guy making like 200k a year selling a course on learning how to do the handstand...to elevate back pain.

So you are just (helping) build their courses and leverage their audience for traffic, or any scaling upsells like ads, short-form etc?

Just read your "Make Money MF" thread from today, you nailed it to speak to one person (me) but make it appealing for the whole audience. I bet you make good ads

And yes, I do make amazing ads!

But that post wasn't my best work....but there are not a lot of copywriters here and that's why you're impressed.

Your comment makes me want to rant.

I've noticed 3 things about BHW in the last week or so.

1: people here think WAY. TOO. SMALL. I honestly don't get it. Make $100/day posts get like 500 replies. Tell people they should be aiming to be rich? You get a handful of engagement.

2: There is a weird bubble here...some of the most prevalent online business models are just not talked about here. Go Highlevel? nope. Clickfunnels? nope... Course creation? nope. Ai Infrastures? nope (btw...clickfunnels is suing gohighlevel..i love business drama!)

3: Copywriting! Where are the copywriters? I don't mean the Ai $1/ 500 word people. i mean people who write so well they can sell ice to an Eskimo. People here would sell twice as much if they simply learned how to write properly (and interestingly) or hired a copywriter. My copywriters could blow through this place like a wildfire. I could take ANY sales thread and revamp it and probably double sales.

4: the trust factor is SO LOW... but that is because the quality is so low. Any high value offer is subject to the anti-halo effect of the crap that's sold here. you REALLY THINK you $5 article is going to do anything long term for your website? Be fr...

I'm in like 5 other groups/forums and i only venture on them to make connections, get inspired and do JVs. But here...the offerings are bottom of the barrel lame. It takes the exact same amount of work to sell a $5 service as a $5000 service. I don't get putting in 40 hours a week of work to make $2,000 when you could make $10,000. Want to get paid $2000/hour....for talking??? That's possible. If you knew what some marketing consultants make for an hour... you'd pee your pants. I don't get the obsession with low cost services.

We need a new sub-forum for the big players...I know there are some here.

I keep in touch with some people who have been banned or left on their own accord (pour one out for @yakuzaemme ). Some of the things they are doing will blow your mind.

3% is not bad at all for A clients... do you have financing for those that you deal with that have credit reports that look like they were lit up like a Christmas tree?

That is low hanging fruit if you can find someone that will work in your world.

3% for passing contact info from one person to another? I'll take that any day! Oh wait! I do take that every day!

lol. How lit up? I can get up to 150k no docs with 670 and up. If their number is lower than 670 or they need more money, docs are needed. If it is really lit, maybe they go through 1-2 months of working with the firm to remove some items. The firm I work with is pretty creative. If they can't get you a loan, no one can.

I've seen up to $3M (not my client...obviously) but that made me a bit...excited!
