    Hi,
i have looked at some good traffic exchanges with real human traffic and i was disappointed by their rates, for example TrafficG gives you 1k visitors for 13$!!
Another one ( Coinadder ) gives you 5k visitors for 5$ (without even telling you if it is US traffic...)
And SEOClerks can give you US traffic for 0.5$ CPM but traffic quality is doubtful

    2 questions:

    1) How can i make some money out of it if i can't have Adsense ?
I think with those rates you are in a loss even with Adsense.
There are no ad networks who give you more than 0.01$ CPM for banner views from USA ...tell me if i'm wrong

    2) if my site has popups/popunder, they pay more than banners BUT the visitors must click somewhere on my page for the popup to be shown. Do visitors from traffic exchanges click inside my page? I doubt so

P.S. I know CPMfun actually pays high CPM for banners, but their banners in reality have popups inside, so actually they are popups and only pay good rates if the popups are shown.
Also i'm sure those popups won't work with traffic exchanges and they also make your genuine visitors fly away.

    P.P.S
And.. please don't tell me to use Adhexa scammers because they did not pay me even if i've always had real genuine traffic. They used to pay me, but this time they cheated

I'd suggest to focus on some other method, you're wasting your time trying to make money from traffic exchanges. There are some Skype groups where they exchange Adsense clicks and stuff but that's not a long term thing, sooner or later you'll get your Adsense banned.
