Making money from "nationalistic" niche

Hello guys,
I've seen that in my country there is more or less a nationalistic current that I want to take advantage of.

My plan:

• make a Facebook page and get people to like it, interact, etc.;
• make a wordpress website where to post related content to the niche;
• share the articles on various related Facebook groups (this is how I will get traffic);
• add Adsense to the site;
• watch how I get rich

Could this work?

It seems like a fair idea, the only way to know if it will work or not is to go ahead and try it.
