Bitcoin is booming.

With LTC due an add to the largest Virtual currency exchanger's I think now is a good time to get in. Price's right now are low and they will increase but if your looking for some easy money then this is for you.

Step 1: Buy LTC from an exchanger BTC-E is recommended for this. They are low right now.

Step 3: Profit

I've done a lot of observing on virtual currencies over the last few month's and so far my predictions have been spot on.

If you look at the ebay listing the guy never once mentioned Bitcoin. Due to it's popularity to the masses now and the relative anonymity that Litecoin still has in comparison I guarantee at least one person bought it thinking they were the same thing and that they were making a fortune off an ebay deal.....same people who bought fb shares then got pissed about it.

This works!
I can buy e.g. 10 LTC for €18
and on ebay one guy constantly sells 10 LTC for €49
So good profit can be made :)
 
How do you control that people wont try to get their payments back marked it as undelivered?
 
Great post, Great timing.

I just invested in litecoin, I agree with the OP. I'm going to wait a few years see if it gets over $10 per coin and then sell.
 
I tried to deposit money for buying LTC from BTC-E, however, I do not know how to do it.
I select Interkassa, but there is no payment method working outside of Russia. I have a webmoney account, but they do not support WM, even they show the logo when selecting interkassa

The idiots that cannot buy from e.g. BTC-E, because they only accept Russian payment methods .....

The issue is buying Litecoins is who is going to accept them. Who accepts them now? It's value to me seems artificial.

Litecoin is a better candidate for mainstream trading than Bitcoin. The problem with Bitcoins is mining. Soon the electricity cost/benefit will become too low and the mining will stop. Once the mining will stop, no transactions will be processed. E.q. you wouldn't be able to transfer Bitcoins, because transfers are an integral part of mining. Even today, the transfer might take hours due to slow mining - its bad for businesses.

Litecoin on the other hand is transferred within seconds, because mining is much faster per same difficulty level. There are other coins that are easier to mine, yet Litecoins are more widespread.

If today I wanted to create a business I would rather go for Litecoins, than Bitcoins.

Since eBay doesn't allow the sale of virtual goods, if the buyer initiates a dispute, he will automatically win. This is a gamble.
 
By the way, someone is cashing out $704,477 at the moment on btc-e, selling Litecoins. The price will drop soon. Once it does - its a good time to get in.

Yesterday was the same, dropped below $4 per LTC, then went back to normal.
 
I have 20 or 30 litecoins I thought were worthless I'll give this a try and report back.

No, he won't. Only thing that could happen is that eBay will take your listing down.
If he files a paypal dispute, they do not support virtual items, this is valid for BOTH sides, seller and buyer.
So he will not get his money back. Also if eBay removes your listing AFTER he paid, paypal will not refund him.
Trust me, have done this for years, also I NEVER EVER received one cent back from pp for virtual items, even not if I could prove that seller sent me stolen/carded keys, and I even had an official email from Electronic Arts telling this .... paypal said we do not offer any protection on virtual items, so if you are seller or buyer does not matter.
 
I decided not to try this method. Mainly based on the guy currently selling isn't moving any volume. I watched the auction for 3 days, no sales.

No, I have been watching bitcoins when they were 20 cents back in 2010, Bought few at that point as well. Litecoin is newly made currency, litecoin is only in existence because of bitcoin. Litecoin will boom yes because of recent news of mtGox(biggest bitcoin exchange) planning to add them in their system but they wont be as beastly as bitcoins since the very price of litecoin depends on price of bitcoins. But today litecoins are $3.5 and I can assure they will hit atleast hit $10 on first few days on mtGox exchange so I can say at present it is viable choice but you have to have bit of patience.
