Making Backlink Energizer work without Cron Jobs?

As my hosting service does not allow Cron Jobs, is there any ways to use Backlink Energizer without the use of Cron Jobs?

there are cronjob services online most are freemium, or you could just swap to a better host
 
Yeah, pretty crappy that your host won't let you use crons. I can't see it being of much use without them. Try what the guy above me said.

There is a cron.php file. So you would just go to: YOURSITE/wp-content/plugins/PLUGINNAME/cron.php

You will then need to refresh the page based upon the number of sends you chose.

I've tried the online cron jobs without luck. I also tried pasting the url but get this response:

Warning: MagpieRSS: Failed to fetch hxxp://14710.net/api/ping(HxxP Response: HxxP/1.1 404 Not Found ) in /hermes/web08/b820/moo.xxxxx/xxxxe/wp-content/plugins/energizer/lib/rss_fetch.inc on line 238

there is an issue with an rss feed here - remove that url from the feeds list. hxxp://14710.net/api/ping

www.setcronjob.com will eliminate the need for a hosts cron tab in cpanel
