Making a SEO Company?

While my process of deep thinking i once thought...."Devil. Why dont you make a SEO Company?"

Not a big dream but it might work if i do offline and online intergrated.

But as i always do my math.
I Said Companies are asking for $60/month right?
Then how do they pay their workers?
Minimum wage is $7.25 In the US and if i pay them $7.25 Per hour for 4 hours
That will be $29/Day $870/month of average 30 days
Its not worth it right?

You outsource the job, And when you get more orders, it will be very profitable..
 
60 $ from 1 client, if it's 10 client it's 600 $....
or i make mistake?

Soo if i have more than 15 Clients Gives me a profit of $30 Dollars?
And have one person do 450000 Backlinks Its kind of like a joke... lol

Yeah, the thing is that i wanted to be homebased.
 
I often see people here thinking of starting a SEO company. It makes me think how the hell do they plan on communication the fact they're blasting and spamming web 2.0's in order to push the moneysite/clientsite up the SERPS. Do they simply not tell or do they outsource manual linkbuilding only?

Its alright. Im also looking for that answer. What i was planning to do it by hand no spamming at all to bring 100% Success.
 
It's a trend of today.You have chosen a right thing but need to be careful. There is a throat cut computation.

I Got thinks kind of really thought i will be adding a little twist to the company.
I Just need friends to help out so far there kind of not helping. So i will look at outsourcing maybe.
 
$60/m for SEO. While for that price you can move a lot of companies around in the search engine; do yourself a favor and charge at least $300/m. If you can get results it makes a lot more sense, and if you want all US workers you probably need to charge more than that.

Outsourcing is good. Keeps costs low, allows more work to be done, and if you do your homework, the quality is the same. Keep some things to be done by native speakers, but most of SEO can be outsourced anywhere. (still, do your homework)

300 Sounds Reasonable But since most of the companies cost $60. But yeah since its gonna be handmade and i will state the flaws of others.

That would get them less than 2 hours work from my company.
I wouldn't take any company seriously that was offering
SEO services for $60 a month.
Generic search SEO is pretty much a second string for the majority of businesses
now unless they want a global audience and sell direct from their site anyway.
Local search and social media marketing management are better options for
smaller businesses.
And why someone would wish to have ten clients at $60 a month instead of one
at $3000 or even $600 if you want to short change yourself beats the hell out of me.
$2 a day? I'll charge you more then that to log into your analytics.
Why people short change themselves I will never know. Have you seen what
lawyers charge for a phone call or letter. Don't undervalue yourself you're a professional.

You say most companies charge $60 a month. I have never come across a reputable SEM/SEO
offering those prices. What services are they quoting for?

If a business is serious about hiring somebody to market their business online, the difference between $60 and $300 is nothing.

If you really are good at SEO (which would make sense, since you're starting an SEO firm), then do excellent work and deliver to the client while charging a premium.

If you're going to be charging $60 here and $60 there, you might as well recycle popcans for a living.

I Get those prices form sites that are advertised here and On the Buy/Sell/Trade section.

Affiliate marketing/CPA and marketing a real bricks and mortar business are two
totally different business models.
The first thing is I see no on page SEO services offered then not only will you
need contextual link building you will also need article creation and submission, bookmarking,
keyword research ect. SEO for someone's business is not about blasting everything to high heaven
with scrapebox, your dealing with someones living.
What do you tell your client when he get's this letter?

That's a copy of a real letter.
Go and take a few SEO courses before jumping in the deep end.
It could keep the lawyers at bay.

yep never seen an seo company that charges 60 a month. We charged a customer one time 200 a month but we really did not have to do much to get them ranked.

Most of the time you should be charging customers 500 to 2500 for most business. Then their will be times when you get customers that will spend 10k a month with you.
 
There are an infinite number of ways to offer SEO related services. Come up with something of your own and if it's unique, people will want to try it.

For instance, your link pyramid will be different than the next guys. Test it on your own sites, then offer the service to others.

I run a simple site that does page/site checking. It's not uncommon for someone to spend $60/mo on having this robot check & verify their site.

I agree with the posters who encourage you to charge more for a specialized and highly-demanded products/services.

Our entry level for consultative, human involved services, is $560 USD/mo - we are based in the USA.

I recommend outsourcing seo to Philippines, ppl there knows very good English, they work hard and now what they are doing.
