    Hey guys,

Any sport-men, weight lifters right here?
I am about to start making a gym room for myself as I love fitness and I think it's the right time to make myself the gym room, to take some rest from IM and meanwhile help myself. And I 've got a few questions?
What shall I buy? Like what kind of training stuff.
I 've already bought some things: a weight lifting bench, made a decent room, gonna order a barbell + dumbbell this/next week.

    Waiting for your tips :)

    P.S. Sorry for my english

Didn't know such things exist!
It's a really nice stuff, but not sure if eBay sellers would send it to Lithuania. :p
The shipping may be even more expensive than its real price!
Just made a quick reseach. None ships outside the USA :/ What about Amazon, does it ship world-wide?

    Ty

really if you are just starting out a lifting bench with 100 lbs, a doorway pull up bar, and a clean floor is really all you need. It will take you a few weeks to outstrip that if you are truly starting out and then you can switch from straight sets to german volume and still get a couple more weeks out of it. bench press, deadlifts, squats, pullups/chinups are some of the best compound exercises and work large regions of muscle. If you feel you are starting to need to isolate just switch to two dumbells and that will change a lot. Make a plan stick to the plan for at least 4 weeks before giving up on it and see where you go. Just remember to lean out you need to ADD cardio to weightlifting, while restricting calories.

Thanks man. I do trainings at home, so that's not a problem. I wanna weight some lbs more, so no need counting calories for me ;) And for the diet: I 'll ask some gurus to make me a trusted diet for gaining weight and power.

squats caused me to gain the most out of any exercise. start out with just bodyweight, do sets of 20. then move on to holding weights.

pull ups are another good one for gaining mass

don't neglect your rear shoulders. do bent over rows. otherwise your shoulder joint will sit weird and you'll get injured.

mostly, just work out every day no matter what and make sure you are getting a lot of protein

Get a squat or power rack + adjustable bench + weights + a bar. And that's all you need to make all kinds of gains

I am a strength and conditioning coach and have been one for over 10 years. I know exactly what you need and how to get you where you want to be. Too many people buy the wrong stuff then they spend too much money and have a shit gym. PM me if you want me to help you out.

Do not buy the all in one. Garbage and expensive.

^^ This - definitely if your going for body-building/strength

Preferably a power rack over a squat rack but if you have to a squat rack will do, that will enable you to do 99% of your workouts safely..

You definitely need one for squats, and they should be in any workout routine to release that testosterone!

Pick a plan like this until you can bench 1.5x your bodyweight and squat 2x..

    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=155009423

Eat like a horse and you will get big! :D muscles are made in the kitchen too!

For cardio get a rowing machine, decent bike or one of them stand up punch men you fill with sand.. save you hanging a bag from your roof..

Could go mental if you have the $$$s or £££s spare

Get 2 grips, 2 dumbbells , lots of small weight and big weights, get pull-up bar, dips stuff and something more :D You should be fine by these, but of course there is many other good things to get, but they cost some cash :)
