Dispute is resolved

Hi Moderator, with respect, I would like to say that I have already submitted all the evidence I have at the top of the post and also in the comments. Unfortunately, I do not have anymore evidence to provide because he cleared the chat history and blocked me.

I have shared everything that I was able to save as proof. That is all the evidence available from my side.

However, he has now started posting self-created screenshots, which appear to be fabricated and misleading.
OK, let's see what @ASevenAds has to say in response to the above.

My answer will be the last one, I'm already tired of talking about it, he says that I made up everything that telegram is not his and so on, although his friend "Gamepad" is indicated in his screenshots in the dispute. I know this person, we are Russian speakers, look at our dialogue with him about this person, where he figures telegram username, he is already deceiving you about these things, I see no point in continuing the dialogue, I have said enough and provided enough too.

I will provide correspondence with his friend, whom I also know, because of whom we met.

Please also note that the author of the topic wrote to me yesterday in order for me to pay him $1,000 and he will withdraw the ticket.

Translate my screenshots please.

@makemecash It's a waste of staff resources to post a dispute and then to just go off to Telegram and try and sort matters out there. It's stated quite clearly that any contact between two parties is to be done in said thread until the dispute is over.

I'm not particularly happy with the way either of you have conducted yourselves during this, both of you have shown scant professionalism.

I'll be judging on this later.

@makemecash @ASevenAds

My ruling on this is that the seller is to refund half of the requested amount to the buyer, that being $894.

I think there are faults on both sides here. In the case of the buyer, I question why they chose to resolve this matter over Telegram after having already started this dispute and why they only asked for a 50% refund. As that's the amount they offered to take in the recent Telegram exchange, I see no reason to suggest the seller should pay more.

The seller clearly sold accounts that did not deliver. They then closed up shop when questioned on why they weren't working. They have presented no evidence at all that this was the fault of the buyer. I also see no strong evidence that they attempted to scam the buyer - however, they still delivered a substandard product.

As such, a 50% refund seems more than reasonable to both parties.

Because of the sum of money involved, I will give the seller 48 hours to issue the refund. I would like both parties to present screenshot evidence when/if this has been paid and received.

My ruling is final. No more evidence will be accepted. Thank you both for co-operating (for the most part).

I never contacted anyone before or after the dispute was opened. The screenshots he shared showing a conversation with someone named “AK” are completely unfamiliar to me—I have never met or known anyone by that name. This appears entirely fabricated.

If I had intended to resolve this privately via Telegram, I wouldn’t have proceeded with the dispute here. He is clearly attempting to mislead by creating fake screenshots. I never asked him for a $1,000 refund or made any such request.

I’ve already provided all my evidence through screenshots. That Telegram account is not mine, and I have no connection to anyone named “AK.”

I'm not going to pay anything on principle, I provided a double service, the person realized for himself that he doesn't know how to use accounts, I provided accounts in the amount of 6 pieces for the amount (3 pieces) and these accounts were working, they spent more than $3,000 and were not blocked, my service was fully provided, there can be no other options here.

I'm not going to get into another tedious debate about fake Telegram accounts. You make a rod for your own back as soon as you start using Telegram.

Also, do staff the courtesy of not using AI-generated responses when addressing them.

That's your choice. Would you like to be banned now or in 48 hours?

Respected moderator, I appreciate your decision and accept it. Although none of the accounts are working, I agree to proceed with the 50% refund.

Kindly have him send the refund to my wallet address:
TALawq7WreKubUUBayHx5bpXH3pTNw95sm (USDT TRC20).

Once the 50% refund has been completed, please provide the transaction hash or a screenshot as confirmation. Thank you.

@SettingSun77

Why are you taking his side and trying to block me? You can see that he's deceiving you, so why don't you look at it from my perspective? I provided unblocked accounts, and since when do you get your money back if someone blocks them? Why are you sitting here trying to resolve this situation?

I recorded a video of what he was writing to me, do you really think I faked it?

You're being deceived in every message, I don't need anything at all, I just want him to leave me alone, but you're going against me, what kind of dispute resolution is this?

Accusing a staff member of bias is against the rules.

If you're not happy with the way this dispute has been mediated, or the judgement I've made, please contact Support:-

You have until 18:00 on Thursday to issue the refund. I'm locking this thread temporarily to protect you from yourself.

He agreed to refund \$500 and we parted on good terms, I agree, let him send the address here so you can see it, I'll send the hash

SettingSun77 - I'm paying here, right?

He's up to something again, he doesn't want to respond to this topic about \$500, but he's writing me on Telegram. I want him to confirm it here, and I'll pay in front of everyone and send the hash. Why is he writing me such long texts?

AK isn't my telegram id, and I never types like this if moderator can check my all the evidence from the first page chat and conversation, neither this is my wallet. In all the evidence and screenshots I have evidence proved of my telegram id conversation with you. I never wrote you from different fake ids. I don't have time to do that, while I have already made dispute shitlist in BHW. You are simply trying to make fake telegram chat conversation with another of your FAKE ID. I don't know what you want to prove here. I don't have freaking time to chat with you via telegram and requesting and crying for refund of $1k bla bla bla. While you scammed me nearly $1789 almost $1800 and I didn't get one single accounts working, my all the funds went to drain water. You are a big scammer, you have already cleared all the history and blocked me in telegram. I have no other way to reach you.

Stop creating fake telegram screenshots/conversation. I think you have many time to create fake conversation in screenshots with chat with another of your ID.

I never know anyone who is called " AK" neither this is my telegram ID.

Don't try to skip what you have done. I have already gave all the evidence.

I agreed with the moderator of 50% refund. You can proceed and close the matter here. No more shit fake!

@ASevenAds I'm asking you politely to stop posting in this thread while I find out what's going on.

@makemecash What is happening here?

I never agreed on 500 USD refund. I am talking within the comment here. He's keep saying some kind of telegram shit fake things. We're here to resolved the dispute here on BHW Forum not in telegram. I am not talking to anybody in telegram.
