Well my account has been running for a whole month and adsense have reviewed my account and have told me it is within policy rules so i doubt they will ban anyone, and no not blackhat at all.

I DON'T THINK ITS LEGITIMATE i too can show u more than 3000$ per day but did u got paid that amount. since adsense can banned any moment, do u got payment before. we can't risk it without knowing facts of u r methods
