are this for one ip 10 $ per year or ip change from time to time also are it good than proxy ?? mean are vpn better than proxy ?? and can i use on my vps ??

I agree with the other posters on buying one then experiment on making them as it's difficult to figure out the ebay selling limits when creating them.
