new account ebay

Hi everyone In the last a few days I try to open eBay account seller but after 1 day or 3 day I get email from eBay they're telling me my account is suspended I try deferent ways but I can't find any solution . So now I want to ask you if you have any solution even I can open it whiteout...

any helps of how to use this forum and some stuff I need to know to get started ?

I have one account and it has been suspended :( So i want to make stealth account again ! I have 2 laptop with one Ip . So can you suggest me something which i need to buy to make my account stealth. I will sell in US Thanks everybody
