you can monetize it tho, using some editing skills. you gonna ask me how ? i suggest you to take a look at "barcalona vs inter milan" you'll see copyrighted football match summery full monetized and have over 400k views .. how ?they edit the video so they bypass ytb algo

It cannot be monetized using the traditional Adsense method. But it can be monetized in other ways!
It's been running for about 5 years, so...
Yes indeed if you know how to edit your videos you can enable monetization. I've seen a few channels myself but it's probably not that easy!
I used to sell them in local forums. But I'm sure you can sell them anywhere because there is demand!
The channels exceed 4000 hours for sure, one of them I remember having over 65k hours. But I often delete the videos before transferring the channel.

Forums like BHW but in local language. Facebook groups can be a good option too. Search google buy/sell youtube channel
