What do you mean? I rank apps and games on store and people download or buy. For in app ads I use Ironsource but you should try different mediation networks and see what works best for you. The whole process is well explained in the guide and I can't reveal more details here.

Start on upwork, order an app don't create by yourself

Buy an app on an online website that sells apps as template

Then make some edits or reskin and sell it
