make money whit Streaming movie website

I destine this tread to expertises members which i need realy them help , i'm newbie nd i tried to watch a lots of threads in this forum to have the best ansmwers for me but i didn't find yet , well i started to builduing a website to watch movies online ( french niche) for 2 months , i have almost 100 latest movies in my website , i don't have a regular traffic and i know that more regular traffic = more money , and the worst thing is i didn't receive any cent yet , i tried a lot of ad networks like opotm , adcenter , adnow , traffpop ... but i it doesn't work such i want , i need ur help for this topics :
1.what is the best methods to have a regular traffic to my website ? (practice methods and it will be better if its automate)
2.how can i monitise my website ? (Ads , CPA networks ) (gainful suggestions already tried )
i embed links from an other websites and i upload it in youwatch , and i have a good design for my website , who is interessted to help me to realise my objectives please reply or Pm me
