To do this job, you will probably need a experience using Selenium or any other browser automation software, avoiding bot detection, proxies, and possibly some experience using burp suit or any other proxy / interception tool to grab and modify the HTTP / HTTPs traffic.

I do not quite understand what you want. Say for instance Gmail 2fa; you want to receive some of the 2fa code from from bot programs to your numbers? Whats the purpose of that? If I am interpreting that correctly, ( pardon me and correct me if I am wrong) you mean steal from our own customers? I hardly know what to say to you here.
