What kind of money can someone potentially make following this method?

Ok... I'll bite.

How do you monetize a poll? Adsense? Affiliate programs? All of the above? This is a good idea, that I have wondered about, as I've got many keywords in my niche not being utilized. :)
 
doing a simple zip submit wrap around some contents sounds a good place to start

that site has too much on it IMO, i used to add alot of content like that but my conversions dropped substantially, im afraid he wont make much money from that
 
ok i made this quick template in google page creator, it really doesnt have to get any more complicated than that seriously, but you can obviously test different shit see what works for what u are promoting.

Wouldn't they need to fill out more than zip code for you to get completed offer?

Good stuff, so how does google treat these pages for Quality Score? Does it affect your bidding price etc... How do you get around these problems?

thats just a template showing you the basic layout, add a specific picture put in all your tags, create good ad copy, etc
