Hello guys, what are the edges of fake giveaways?
What products are illegal and dangerous to fake giveaway? For what fake stuff I may be sued?
What's your experience?

Why fake? You can make money with real giveaways. It can be paypal cash, giftcards or real smartphones if you have that kind of audiance.

A fake giveaway is by itself fraud (which I'm sure even YOU know).
So OF COURSE a fake giveaway is illegal, regardless of the product.

I'm truly thinking of starting a thread named "Becoming scarcely competent - A primer for humans of a lesser breed"

Sure, fake giveaways are cheating, but that's what most of BHW members who are into CPA marketing are doing. Free iphones, free coins, free whatever... and of course fake OGAds landing page. I wouldn't say it's illegal, but unethical, yes.

It's not dangerous if you're going to lock the fake movies with content locker. If you are going to lock real movies, that could be dangerous :)

In the past I've received number of DMCA notices for uploading fake music albums (Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars etc.). Conversions were pretty high, but whole situation made me a bit unconfident.

Long time ago I was locking movies, but they weren't on my site, I would just put link locker to other site, it was viooz.co I think, never had any issues and I had a lot of traffic.

I've thought about doing this and actually giving away the product, to myself on another account, or a friend. Very blackhat though. Would be better to do a mix of legit and fake giveaways.

Overall it's depends where does the person lives,
it is "illegal" but not every country have laws against that kind of activity!
so technically it's "legal" but not "Ethical", it's a BlackHat forum,
everything here is against the rules, you can get penalized for
spammy/automatic backlinks that people are offering here!
you can lose everything by simply using spun content!,
The internet is much complicated to put rules on! but we still plays
the "Google Game"- its up to his country to decide! if he'll go to jail for that or not!

Once I had a popular site for a free giveaway
Company I was impersonating had their legal team contact me
I sold them my domain for an undisclosed amount to them
I made a new site where I copy their direct competitor
Profit?

Seriously man its the internet you can do what ever the fuck you want

I've searched through whole Twitter and NOBODY does that. That is what really stops me from doing those giveaways.
 
Mate hear my advice i was once do blackhat stuff i regret hope from start i do whitehat stuffs but no one advice remember you will never go far stop it focus on whitehat you will see more larger and amazing unexpected ideas and results! trust me it will work
