Lets assume you don't get anything like that per click unless its 3rd world, position youself $.30+ for the uk usa & europe.
 
I know sites that sell proxies for a few days, a few cents... buy it, make the views yourself (35 per proxy, for example) and earn with CPM.

Every 100 proxies, make 3 clicks on the ads to not attract attention.

More realistic and profitable than that :D
