Can testify that this method works, though i've been doing it a little different. Still, it works like magic for me. And don't believe those who say that cpa networks don't allow classified traffic. If you are smart enough and know your way around, you find those who know how to do it too. So far, I worked with credit report offers and never experienced any problems. So don't listen to what others say, go out there and make things work.

Here to say this method works. The framework is solid, how you choose to monetize is up to you. And I wouldn't be afraid to use adsense long as the site is on the up and up and follows the rules, you just have to redirect the traffic. Man, that's a big reason why I miss the craigslist forums we used to have here, I think people forgot a lot of that kind of stuff. I mean, in less than an hour I could set up my own link cutter, redirect through two domains, and then shorten THAT with a bit.ly or something and post it on craigslist, I don't see how they would ever figure that out. I'm not even talking dmr, back in the day we had plugins for wordpress that would redirect from a wordpress post, you can make it look like the traffic came from posts on your other blogs.

This method works well and is one of my whitehat bread winners, I manage sites for 4 cities doing this which I handed over to my wife to do now which has allowed her to quit her day job while I pursue other opportunities. I also do real estate for the areas as well. I spent about 2 hours a day on these sites, my wife spends about 4-6 but shes way more hands on the me with users. After I got going and respected as a valuable resource I started selling featured space as well. I generate over 10k a month on a slow month with 8 websties doing this.

If anyone is looking for a really good wordpress theme for this the on I use for all of my sites is Real Eatate 2 by Templatic. Once you figure out how to setup the property management part of it it is very simply to keep running and allows users to submit there own listing making even less work for you after you get respected in the industry.

It took me around 1 and a half years to get to this point so do not go at this like it is a get rich quick scheme. But it definitely works also make sure the area you target is not swamped when you begin. I actually closed 2 sites that had way to much competition in those areas as they worth not worth the time and energy. Medium size cities tend of have much less competition.

Instead of the apartment niche go for the employment niche. Everyone is looking for employment, right? So you just post any job that sounds attractive but believable (not some spammy looking shit), then when people start replying to your ad (which they will as the employment niche has tons of traffic), so once they start replying you make up some more crap about what the job involves and then ask them if they are ready for the next step of the application process. Then wait for them to reply and once they do you can do any of the following:

- Find a relevant survey CPA offer, then they fill out the survey thinking it's an application form

- Tell them they need a credit check done with your special company (there's nothing special about it but they won't know this)

- Tell them they need to watch a video to see the application proccess then change a random video file to an unopenable file and tell them they need a special media player app to open it, there's many CPA offers where the user only needs to download a media player and you get $1.25 per install (AWM has this offer)

The list of ways to convert these people is endless, above are just a few ideas that work pretty well. Of course not everyone is going to convert as many people won't fall for this. This twist isn't for the care bears, but it will be good for noobs who are desperate to earn quick money without needing to have a site, you can send a direct link to your CPA offer and blank the referrer. Anyway I'm just thinking out loud here, thanks again for this method OP, the opportunities are endless...
