you have made $40k total , while people like MrE and BTB make this amount in a day , you dont have any idea about classified traffic , if you dont agree , just stay away from this thread
Is there a theme that can do this? I'm building my website and trying to figure out a plugin or theme that has the capability to do what you stated, and to have the listing as was described in the OP (the listing being: pictures that have the text you described beneath)

People come to this forum expecting to find ways to make money, but don't want to do any work at all. I tell you what... The amount of work involved in doing this is much less than flipping burgers (or even being a manager) at mcdonalds. And the income potential is so much greater.
Anything that is has a chance of making money is going to take work. The advantage of IM is that much of the work can be done at the front end and then once perfected much of it can be automated later. But there's always work involved somewhere in the process if you really want to succeed.
The OP laid out a solid method that can bring in some decent income for anyone willing to put in the time and effort to do it right.

Has anyone been able to produce any form of income with this method?
The great thing is that there are a LOT of other niches that can work just as well, or even better then property listings with this method!This niche is already super saturated FYi. Add your own twist though and the potential = $$$
