Do i need a graphic specialized pc to work on this ? My old rig have been quite slow lately .

Yes, because adobe after effect makes your Computer even more slow in my opinion, it's more than 1GB and you will be running videos on it. you can try using cloud:

Someone knows why when I try to upload the video (30mb .mp4 file) to fiverr, they're not approving it?
 
Man, that's a great idea! What about tags? I think its very hard to make your first sell... And i need adobe after effects for intro's templates?

The maximum size for fiverr gigs is 150Mb but you can ask for more from the support team. there is some problem with the file extention, they maybe don't accept it

I have just tested everything, it works great and you have the last version of adobe aftereffect

Very fierce competition and you have to be clever. Expand your horizon and brand yourself from Fiverr....you grow with repeat customers and referrals.
 
Fiverr is contain of many gigs. Too much competition and hard to do something new
