Yes, because adobe after effect makes your Computer even more slow in my opinion, it's more than 1GB and you will be running videos on it. you can try using cloud:

The maximum size for fiverr gigs is 150Mb but you can ask for more from the support team. there is some problem with the file extention, they maybe don't accept it
