I need someone to sell this domain from me:

I will divide the profits with you 50/50 and the minimum I want for my part is 11$, so you'd have to sell it for 22$, so my part would be 11$.
Of course (and I support it), you could sell it for 500$ and in that case you'd be cashing in 250$ and so would I.
