My only problem is that I don't know how to do selling. I've never done it, and I don't know how much I should price the apps I can build. Also, I think it's good idea is to hire someome from fiverr to make the design and you can make nice looking apps. But the hardest part is - to go out there and make an appointment with businesses and actually sell it.

Yes you can build apps in any language. I did ask the support this question too. At the moment you build your app and before you publish just send a message to the support team and they will publish to the correct app stores and markets. They will also translate the tab bar. I was told that there will be a drop down in the near future but they are finishing translations first.

Apps can be created in the following languages :
Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese

Somebody can put a link to an app developed with this system? It would be nice if we can check one of this apps.

I make between 500 and 1000 per sale plus the monthly charges.

Such a simple method but great. Going to go out tomorrow and pound the pavement trying to sell restaurants apps. Will post back with results.

There are a few nice juicy bits of information and feedback here in this thread I want to highlight. I will also highlight a few twists with the method the OP has posted here so I can help some people clarify and get started.

The first useful information here described is to capitalize on a target audience's wants, desires, and goals. You want to make sure what you are makreting to them is something that triggers a emotional desire or want. This will produce a buying now action. Mix this up with a quality service and product that gives them results and you have a repeat happy customer.

The second useful information is the feedback giving by some of the posters. Many of them reveal that small businesses and big business already are being marketed to by app developers. This information can be used to "spy" on your competition, make a better product and a more compelling sales pitch, and beat out their market. You can also do it local, but it is better to focus on global for higher repeat customers.

Now for a twist on the method. You want to target jaded and cynical customers that have bought a application in the past. You then will offer services to help them optimize the application, whether it be that they want installs for the application or whether they want the application to be a new updated fancier product. I find that a jaded and cynical customer is someone elses failed attempt at creating a repeat customer. Jaded and cynical customers are more likely to be repeat customers. You will find out that such customers were "hooked" on the product pitch and were disappointed by quality. They were actively buying based on "strong" emotions and would have more than likely been a repeat customer. They became jaded and cynical because the competition pulled a "$19.99" sales scheme on them. They played up the sales copy, offered more than $500 worth of free product, and the product turned out to be dog crap.

Offers for such customers could be mobile traffic and installs factored into your service revamp. You would need to find out what the customer really expected the product to solve, and capitalize on your competitors failure. Appeasing such customers creates "Strong" repeat and loyal advocating customers. For such an area if a business failed to produce a application that would engage customers I would then come in and develop a highly engaging audience application. I would do as much as necessary from facebook marketing, buying likes, buying installs, false reviews, mobile traffic, and more to appease the customer. This all would be factored into the price and service I offer. I would provide hard facts, data, and sales copy to the customer in order to create that buy and repeat buy action.

It isn't hard, you just need to work smarter and use common knowledge. I really think that with today's internet you could find at least 10 unsatisfied customers and make some nice money off them per month "while" growing. I guess common knowledge and creativity is not very common anymore and this leads me to suspect that people just rather get money from literally not doing anything. If you do smart work and think creatively you should be able to make a lot of money even outside the mobile app niche.

somehow I can't activate the templates lol, i can only design the buttons and upload it, am i doing it wrong?
also can we make changes to the apps after it was published? i mean from app developer platform (not cms), is it real time changes? which offers something like update to an app?

Yes you can make unlimited changes the only part that can not be changed is the icon and the splash screen.

All offers include unlimited changes.

Yes I set up a small website.

I request website address, facebook url, business card and any flyers.

Here is a new way I was thinking of making money too.

At app-developers.biz they added a couple of weeks ago they added AdWhirl. AdWhirl is a banner rotation system for apps. Using AdMobs (google adsense) mMedia ads and others,

I just though to myself what about making a niche market or an unofficial fan app with banner ads.

I think with push marketing I can get people look at the app quite often.

What do you think?

I built an unofficial fan app for android and in the first 2 days I made a couple of dollars.

I will keep you posted maybe I should make another post for this.
