Majestic VS Ahrefs VS Moz?

testing Agency Analytics for 2 week free trial. So far not bad - intuitive and easy to use. Will update after a while...

update: at the end of the day i found that Agency Analytics similar functionality to ahref, just simpler to use. Recommended for beginners. If you a more advanced, as a few of my friends, they suggest ahref gives more in depth and actionable data.

Surprised nobody has suggested or mentioned Cognitiveseo.

Moz is so slow to update I have a site that has been stuck at the same rating for them for 6 months while majestic and Ahref have updated it ...

Moz is only good for SERP tracking, keyword search and local SEO is not bad they have some nice tools there really their forums are the only thing worth a crap once you have set your site up and just to get one more perspective ... their site is really only their to give them more authority so they can get big contracts like the one with Yelp.

Ahref is the best at updating backlinks as Google makes it so challenging to do since you have to download a spreadsheet and then run a micro to tell you what is new and what is gone - if you are handing with excel you can replace Ahrefs - their world rank based on backlink chart is free to access so no need to sign up and it take it with a grain of salt as it has some strange swings from time to time and does not really reflect your SERP BUT it is a nice indicator.

Majestsic - I have to be honest I do not use it as much the few times I have checked it with the free version Ahref had more backlinks and that is the only reason I can see to use it with my limited time - maybe someone else can chime in.

So summary for me use Moz for a free trail first 90 days to get your keywords charted, rank your serps, look at local, etc
Then sign up for Ahref when the backlinks start rolling in and monitor them and your ranking for those keywords.

I think Majestic's TF would be a good indicator. Moz's can be manipulated by a bulk load of spam. Majestic's TF can also be manipulated - provided if you have a lot of money and linking freshly bought expired domains with high TF and pointing it back to your main site, and that should bump the TF up.

he in the domain game but as I exspect can not tell his whole secrets, but guessing buy a article he wrote ,pbn domains are going only be available to those with savings or cash ,looks like the bidding wars are the only way know to get big metric domains for pbn.

the da of 25 domain clean will need x5 just to get 1 200 da like you can see the best are gone......

Well, that's a stretch, bro)
I'm using lots of paid tools and "more" results doesn't align with "accurate" results.
For example, when I'm checking backlinks for some sites, Ahrefs shows less results than Majestic.
I can attack few screens but you get my point.

Those metrics are a guess. If you use those tools and look at the backlink portfolio yourself you will get a much better picture. For this reason I use Ahrefs - I don't process a lot of domains. If I were to be processing a lot of domains I would use Majestic.

Moz is terrible I take no notice of it's stats or people who use them

Those metrics are just filters you can set when looking for good expired. Then you'll have to handpick them anyway so, just filter with those metrics and then manually check them all.

Everything .

With contextual, you can manipulate DR/DA/PA
With Do follows, Filtered pharma + drip-feed you can manipulate TF/CF.

Ahrefs crawl faster than everyone. So you can see much more quickly results, and their database is the largest.
PS: Manipulating those metrics can lead hurting your website. Use these to passing juice to your money site, not to use directly with your money site.

I would use MOZ and Ahrefs. I use Ahrefs DR and Moz DA.
