Ahrefs is with out the doubt the best of all three. Reason is simple, their index size. Just place any website and see what info can you get. Ahrefs has most data.

Ahrefs is slow, overpriced and limited piece of crap if you want to actually use that tool to its fullest potential.
Majestic are a bunch of retards who change things all the time.

I use Majestic, mostly because the limitations for processing huge batches of domains are minimal.
