I've started using Ahrefs more actively lately and the only significant difference I see is, that Ahrefs is listing every single crappy Blogspot link, while Majestic does not. Here and there there are some other differences in their indexes, but that goes both ways. What Majestic catches, Ahrefs doesn't and vice versa.

SEMrush is the worst on backlinks. It takes months for them to find my new ones. Just wanted to vent a little cause SEMrush cost a small fortune a month.
I know SEMrush is good at other things but if they were good at backlinks too they would be like an all in one tool almost.

Agreed.. I've noticed Majestic isn't very good at picking up Wiki links. There is a few sites they don't crawl intensely.
