Has anyone tried installing mailwizz on their localhost?

I'm considering doing this actually, but I want to know anyone who tried this approach and their experience..

You wont notice any difference. Most of them don't prefer windows due to firewall on certain ports by default.

Good luck.

Thanks for your reply. I have never tried it before always used a VPS. So I can still track opens, clicks..etc without any problems..

Your IP will get banned in no time , why not getting a linux server with multiple IP's ?

in that case (if you can install spf / Dmarc ....) for your IP's and you windows machine i can't find a reason why not beside that you need to keep your PC running 24/7.
Out of corusity any reason you need to install it on windows and not Linux ?

It is a small project that might or might not work and I don't want to buy a new VPS just for it.
My only problem is will I still be able to track openers/clicks/unsubs..etc if I went this route?

long time didn't use mailwhizz , but from what i know at least you need a domain to make clicking/openers ... works , if its a budget issue you can do a small research on
Code:
https://lowendbox.com/
for some really cheap VPS's that you can try your project with .
Better than wasting time looking on how to made it works on Win
Quick google search i found this :

but i stand by my worlds when saying it will not worth your time , just get a cheap VPS (like $10 per year) and learn more about the project than keep finding where the errors are coming from
