MailGet - AmazonSES - Email verification service set up. do i need something else?

Hi Guys,

so i recently posted about monetizing my scraped email lists. I found a good affiliate product, which i know is selling, since a friend of mine sold it with Facebook Ads and Shopify. The Affiliate offer is getting MASSIVE traffic. I have around 150k emails.

- I have bought a domain with 2 emails
- i have created an MailGet account as it seems this is the best and cheapest option available
- after setting up AmazonSES i linked it to my MailGet account and verified my emails
- now i used NeverBounce free tool to scan my lists if there are bad emails and the result seems very good. The tool estimates the Bouncrate to "less than 1%" or "1%", and says the emails does not need to be cleaned up.

This is the first test and i thought i will send out an email pitching straight the product. What are you thougts about that?

The last problem is, that AmazonSES is limiting the sending amount to 200 emails a day. Is there a way to create more AmazonSES accounts to send emails from? can i increase the sending limit easily? Anybody has idea about that?

Hello,

You can ask Amazon SES to grant you production access and to increase the sending limits if you feel lucky.

Additionally if these are scraped list be ready to have spam traps at your list.

Production access? what do you mean by that?
If i feel lucky? so they don't allow it easily to increase the limit`?

Spam Traps? Do you mean that many mails are landing in the spam folder? If yes, do you know this form experience or from hear-saying?

thanks for that. as i can see there are no requirements listed?
do you ever have done it? how long does it take? and how likely is it going through when the account just got created?

I did it, I was amazed at how quickly they upped my limit. I had a new account with no history of sending through Amazon, I was only using double optin emails however but they didn't know that for sure.

Oh great, thanks. Any tips what to do or what not to do when applying? What was the limit you asked for?
