Mail marketing reasked

I've did a bit of a search on the forum most of the answers are outdated and provide old deprecated solutions, so any help would be gladly appreciated.
I'm looking for a way to send bulk mail for free what way would you recommend.

Bulk mail for free. Good luck. USPS charge 0.20 to 0.30 per piece for presorted mail. No mailhouse would cover that cost for you, let alone printing, processing, or anything else. Source: I run a large mailhouse

Ok thank you for your contribution but i would disagree, I believe that there are bulk mail for free outhere just take a look at mailchimp for example.
