I contacted them to cancel my subscription, they said thats fine and asked for my order ID. A day later no response, I asked them "any response?" still no response. I figured maybe they just canceled it and didnt tell me..

Then I see this in my email this morning:
Total Billed Today: 67.00 ( USD )

I am honestly enraged.

SMH! I wish people stop getting there thongs in a bunch because you were rebilled, more then likely they forgot to cancel it...just email support again and remind them to cancel the subscription and refund you...STOP! running around calling people scammers...shit is sick if you ask me.
 
Bold statement for an opening OP I feel that you need to provide much more detailed facts before you blast away about scams...

Another point only two posts on BHW and already creating reactions that I guarantee that if you are in the wrong will backfire on you with a tirade of negative comments...

My advice would be to chose your words very carefully, before calling anyone and/or a service a scam...

Too late for you so you better get your replies ready to confirm the alleged scam...

i agree with you. magic submitter has good reputation in the net. and also i have used it before and that was really good ( really good = i mean i have no problem like u)

Ok maybe they are actually a "scam" I worded it like that because I am pissed and needed that money to pay a bill and now I can't today. I will update if they refund me..
 
No! magic submitter in NOT a scam... if you subscribe through paypal, you can easily cancel it
 
In regards to billing: Talk to the billing department.

Far more often than not, you can work something out with them if you explain what just happened to you. It is what they're there for. It happens all the time.

Don't get embarrassed either. Plenty of people with too much money fight for hours for far less than $67.

It's not only down to the software creator,did you cancel the subscription in paypal etc.The payment processor can have an automated service that requires a certain amount of notice.I use a prepaid credit card in paypal,load as needed.If you're cancelling a service you need to allow at least 7 days prior to the payment being due to be fair to the other party and allow enough time to get sorted.
I've seen only good mentioned about magic submitter,don't use it but he is probably a member here and I find as well as going through the support channel a quick pm if they are on here saves threads like this.I would have simply emailed support,not touched the software,no big deal,these guys gain nothing from ripping people off and are than happy to resolve and they actually have lives to live.

OP you are just like some of those customers that I Have which go and tell everyone on facebook that my business is a scam, even though the shipping company tried to deliver and they weren't at home.. you obviously have no idea what a scam is, and what you are doing is called defamation or slander and can have serious repercussions in real life..

You asked for a cancellation. They didn't cancel it. Maybe it was a genuine mistake.

You should now ask for a refund. As you had already requested a cancellation before you were billed, you have a right to get a refund.

If they don't give you a refund, then you can call them whatever you want.
 
Sent in support ticket over 24 hours ago, still no response.
 
wait patientyly man, they will cancel your subscription and probably refund you the money for the new rebill that took place after you requested the cancellation..

no need to call them scammers just because of that..

So now OP has -8 Reputation
If he asked them to Cancel his Subscription and they still Billed him and are not replying to his support ticket Then Obviously A man get enraged

Some People are really Misusing Negative Rep Seriously he dont deserved that

Just got my refund this hour. At the people freaking out at me, if you didn't hear back from a company after 9 days, I think you would be worried too.

Oh well, -4rep is just a virtual number on some forums, doesn't effect me at all :)

edit: also, yes the title could have been less misleading but regardless, some people need to learn to actually READ the OP instead of just flying out hatred.
