Whenever see that type of threads makes me said due to some glitches you call them Scammer it's very thing so care next time.

Bro, let me make this easy for you. Log into your PayPal account and cancel recurring payment. Boom problem solved. You don't even need to contact the dev of MS to cancel your subscription. It's 3 clicks. Login to paypal, cancel recurrent payment. That's it.

I can safetly say they are NOT a scam.

I used their trial for just under a month and I forgot to cancel the subscription (my fault). I emailed their support and I got a refund within hours.
