Thank you. I am not using adsense. I am using another ad network that is well suited to the content I have. Adsense often shows ads that are contrary to the content or inappropriate for the audience.

I will say this: it is a pretty specific non-commercial niche
 
Congrats man, you're on the right track. It's a great advantage that you're doing something you're passionate about. Now you just need to find a way to scale it. That email list is great so the 'exclusive content subscriptions' idea is good too.

Thank you so much. Yes, this is what I am aiming to do, and I will keep the price low as well. Not trying to fully commercialize at this point as it is a tad bit too early.
