Made $30 on two articles today

Yeah, that's their MO is to use that blanketed excuse for a number of things, but more recently it's related to page views. The other factor gets back to your article's titles. If you guys can write eye catching titles that draw the reader in, it will go a LONG way in keeping your page view ratios high.

Bland titles = low page views = low upfronts/declines = possible flagged accounts

I have a couple of accounts that I am letting collect PVs only. Would it be ok to unlink them from my paypal and give them to my girlfriend?

Will paypal not like two different accounts having the same email, but not at the same time? I could just change the email also, but was wondering if this was possible.

Definitely, I think I got one of the cool editors one time though. Not only did he not decline them like they should be. He greatly commented on my writing style and how much he enjoyed the way I wrote my articles. He wasn't to happy with a few titles so he seriously went and did all the work changing everything himself and still gave me a good upfront. 9 times out of 10 they will decline it and tell you to fix it. I was shocked when the editor did it himself & attached a very kind note to it for me.

Ever since then I've really worked on my titles and their importance to the article. Have you ever had AC do the changes for you, give you an upfront, and publish it still? I thought that was really cool, because I've seen some declines before that ask you to fix some real small stuff they could of done in 2 min.

@ Elvis - You know, that's a a good question. I've never done it personally so your guess would be as good as mine on that one. If anyone else has done this maybe they can pipe in on how Pay*pal views it.

@ Jon - Yeah, they'll do that every once in awhile and it goes to show how important the titles are to AC. What it comes down to is that the editors aren't doing it on your behalf lol, they do it to help their own bottom line profits because they feel the edited title will bring in higher search engine rankings, aka more page views, aka more profits for them. That's why they'll take the time to edit your titles, but never fix a few punctuation errors even though it would only take a second.

One thing that happens all the time is that they'll "fix" your title but they actually end up mispelling words in it. Make sure you always check back over each rewritten title and confirm they spelled everything right (this happens because they're in such a hurry I assume). I've had this happen a number of times and have to contact support to fix it.

Hey everyone I'm new to AC and making money online, I've been researching the past few days and AC caught my interest the most as it has been the best explained, thanks to you guys. I'm purchasing Redtides e-book in a few moments, and I'm sure I'll end up purchasing the mass submitter soon enough. Hopefully I can learn enough to contribute back.

I do have one question though, it seems like everyone is paying people to re-write articles. I searched for articles for a few minutes last night and they were not the easiest thing to find. I seen a guy offering $1.25 per 450 word written article on GAF, not re-written ..all he did was choose the subject. People responded with interest, I thought that was really cheap. Any thoughts on this? It seems like I read most are paying around $1.00 for a re-write?

Nice bike redtide, I ride too man.

Thanks man, what do you ride?

To answer your question, if you can find someone doing originals for $1.25 that's a great rate, the thing to consider is whether they are anything like what you will need for submitting to AC. If you can get a sample from the person you can try to confirm this.

Also, you would have to have a source who can supply you with a steady flow of keyword rich articles. When you hire your own rewriters you're able to control this by making it clear how many articles you have to have completed per day etc. Basically, when you buy articles from others they are the ones typically in control of the situation. When you are hiring them, you are the one calling the shots.

I hope you like the book mate and best of luck with AC!

Cheers

Thanks, I ride an 04' Triumph Daytona 600, currently for sale because I have an itch for a litre bike or the new Daytona 675 lol.

I just finished the book and it was very helpful, I guess my only hold up (for now) is finding articles ..well more so, knowing what to look for in an article. Say for example, would you send something like this off to a re-writer? (I hope links are allowed)

http://childparenting.about.com/od/familyfinances/ht/htsavemoney.htm

The article above has around 350 words according to my counter, am I looking for articles with at least 450 words or is it the "responsibility" of my re-writers to add more words if needed?

Sorry, I'm completely new to this and some of my questions may be pretty obvious. I'm trying to expand my thoughts to answer some of these questions on my own lol.

Hey red if you get a chance read the PM I sent you. Not trying to post personal info in this thread but it's kind of important and urgent. Thanks

.... I don't want to hi-jack Red's thread. I'll start my own if I wanna continue this conversation. Thanks Milly it's really appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your account JonWrong.

Yes, it is against their TOS having two accounts on one internet connection. It doesn't matter if it is two different people or two different paypal accounts.

My husband's and my account were banned because of that. Which is why I turned to blackhat with regards to AC.

Their writers scream about how "unethical" it is to represent someone's work as your own but AC's TOS makes no allowance for husband/wife writing teams.

Also remember never leave AC to come directly to BHW or leave BHW to go to AC. They may be following entry/exit links nowadays.

Millygirl is right and like I said before Jon, there are other threads here in the AC subforum with regards to what Millygirl mentioned with husband/wife teams. It's definitely always better to have other accounts in place to fall back on with AC.

PM's sent btw

I'm sorry to hear what happened, but it's a matter of picking yourself up by the bootstraps and just starting up some new accounts. It's happened to all of us that have been doing AC for awhile.

@ everyone - If anyone else had any problems with an account suspension today PLEASE post up. I'm trying to make sure there's nothing going on or any connections to be made here. I just checked all of my accounts and everything is fine, so I wanted to make sure that everyone else's is as well.

Thanks

Hey man,

Cool, the 675 is a nice piece of machinery. I had looked at them as well but really wanted the extra grunt of the liter bike.

Anyway, this example article won't be a good one because of what I talked about earlier in the thread/book regarding specific topics and keywords. Also, as you can see with this article it doesn't even have an opening and closing paragraph which is really important with AC.

I would highly recommend reading the top AC writers articles and start out with getting a feel for what it is the thread and book are describing. I already sent out a newsletter with samples of my articles, but if you want to subscribe to my newsletter (from my webpage) I will send them for you to look over and use to judge your articles by as well.

Thanks again for the help. I'm having the hardest time finding articles and don't exactly understand citing the articles. If you submit a re-write, or one of your own ..where do you cite the source? Surely not the link to the article you re-wrote right?

Ahh it's almost frustrating lol, just sitting here trying to figure everything out. In your head it sounds pretty fool proof, but actually executing the steps is another story.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to stop by and say how crucial the "sorting out" process is. I have been communicating with over 20 people through email over the last two weeks without a single full commitment. The following are some examples of the bullshit excuses I have dealt with:

Hi,

I just read your mail by now because we didn't have electricity these
past days because of thelow pressure area. I am in the hospital right
now due to fever and flu because of the weather that I am using a
mobile phone to reach you. I might be discharged from here tomorrow
that I'll be able to start working on your articles.

Thanks,

Maryose

Good afternoon,

I had a family medical issue come up, so I won't be completing these articles by Sat. If you can hold off till Monday, I will have them to you by then. If you can't wait, I understand.

Thanks for the opportunity.
Good day.

If not already evident, there are very few people willing to work for the low rate of $1 per article on GAF. I suggest people start using other websites such as ama z0n's em turk.

Yes, I have got about 20 answers from people from GAF who wants to work and only 1 is actually working... It is a bit hard to find a worker there...

Hey Red
I had 2 AC accounts, they got banned. I got the message saying I'm banned from AC. How can I get around this if I wanna keep going with 1 new account (that I buy from someone)? Do I just make it and log on using a proxy and keep low. Or can't I start again, seeing they really banned me?

@ Cjohnson - You're welcome man. As far as citing sources, we've talked about it a number of time already and then I also sent you my last newsletter that shows examples of how I cite my own sources. You place them under the last paragraph of each article and no you don't want to cite the source of the original article you're using, you want to use the method in the book to pick the sources that most closely relate to your article.

Btw, it get's a lot easier once you've actually been doing it and putting it into action. It becomes routine when it's not all new to you.

Also, I got your PM and will get to it as soon as I clear some out that were sent before yours.

@ emilex and blackhatbob- Like we've already covered earlier in the thread, there's a number of other places to hire cheap writers. A lot of it also comes down to what you say and how you say it when you place your ads. Until you have reliable writers in place, you have to consider these bidders disposable in a sense.

Also, as a reminder to everyone that hasn't read it earlier in the thread, GAF is completely saturated by people from BHW who didn't listen to what I said about using the sample ads I shared with you. These examples were meant as SAMPLES, not to be copy/pasted or only slightly reworded. Take the key points I made in the samples and put them in your own words or your ads are going to be totally ineffective.

@ phantom - Sorry to hear that mate. There was a rash on banning's yesterday which I spent all night working on to figure out for everyone. Through talking to everyone we nailed it down to a few things that I can't discuss here in open forum. Feel free to PM me and then also take a look at this thread I started last night. http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/associated-content-writing-articles/129330-everyone-working-ac.html

I will remind everyone again...this is a public forum and the things we talk about can be viewed and used to game us very easily. We ALL have to be careful about what we post here if we want to keep our accounts alive.

Think smart you guys

I'm going to ditto that, this is a "Public" forum, and sadly you can get banned just by being part of BHW.com So be as anonymous as possible here. Just like stated below, think smart. It's rather "easy" to get tricked sometimes, & trust me. AC loves to hate us, and reads this forum for sure.

Besides that I wish the best of luck to all of you guys. If at first you don't succeed... try and try again :D Much love to everyone on BHW

Definitely...

If a person has had it scaled and is making a full time living with it, it takes a lot more than this to knock that person down. It get's back to what we were saying before about treating it seriously and with a business mindset. When it's happened to me in the past, I've just brushed it off like a pesky mosquito.

All just a part of doing business my friend ;)
