Yes I read the terms to everything I sign up to.

Of course not facebook, gmail etc, but everything which could catch you out.

I was thinking of the exact same analogy.

Next bot I make I'm going to add in the license that this software is "perpetually binding" to your computer, and that it can never be uninstalled.

tell them go shove their contract up their arse dude just go and do what you want to this is the internet you say youtube said " they cant bind you to a contract?" maybe if you are correct then take it up with youtube because they are braking youtube's rules by forcing you to stay?

I heard woodysgamerfag was paid $40,000 to leave twitch and stream on youtube now that i can understand in a contract but what obligation have you got to them? you make videos they get watched = you get paid did they give you an up front sum of money like woody? if not FQUK um

They won't take action. That would be a horrible PR move on their side, even if it was stated in their contract. Good thing such strangling contracts are outlawed here in Holland
