I feel like I'm not using my mac book to its full potential when It comes IM. Any tips , tools , bots or apps that you use that help you ? I know that most people use PC but I am positive sure some IM'ers use this to make some dinero. Before anybody say what do I blah blah to general. I'm open to any advice. I love BHW and Thank You for your time and sharing of knowledge

You can run almost all windows apps from your mac, using Parallels or VMWare Fusion, and create a new Windows virtual machine. You could also use WINE, to run windows app without the need of virtual machines.
You can basicly run any IM bot/app/tool, using your mac. :)

Thanks for your reply I meant to add without using VMWare Fusion or Parallels but I'm guessing this might be the best way. I just thought using a VMWare slow down my Mac... well I guess it wont hurt to learn how to do new things Its just that im not to computer savy ..YET lol Thanks

As @DarkPixel suggested, WINE can run Windows apps without the need of installing a Virtual machine.

SEO soft that runs on the mac is few and far between but honestly you are really better off getting a server to run tools anyway. At least once you move beyond the playing/experimenting phase. A VPS or dedicated server has a much better internet connection, runs all the time, and you don't have to clutter your mac with Windows apps. Not free though, so I do get the point for the budget minded.

I tried using vmware, wine and other software to run windows applications, to be honest IMO running the apps on Mac OS sucks, allot of crashes and load time to me is abit slower.I just use bootcamp.Much more better and saves me the frustration of running any windows app on Mac OS..

No developer in their right mind is going to spend hours writing for a platform with a small market share. This has always been the main problem for Mac owners - lack of software. Mac sw publishers will be lucky to break even on their development.

Market Samurai is the only software I use in osx. I suggest looking into a VPS if you want access to the best bh tools.
