You need to change your IP address, not MAC address. Get a proxy and access Flippa from that proxy.

Yes, each computer has a different MAC address.

If your computer has a wireless connection and a ethernet connection, the MAC address for each will also be different.

Just to confirm that YOUR IP is blocked and not your MAC address, no-one is blocking MAC :) Get a proxy or VPN.

Whoever told you that has no fucking idea of what he is talking about. NO website can see your MAC address unless you explicitly authorize it to do so via a plugin/extension, desktop app, etc... Maybe you didn't use a fully anonymous proxy or you are being tracked by other browser fingerprints and/or cookies. Delete your entire cache and cookies (including flash cookies - just use CCleaner to do a complete cleanup), put a private (L3 level) proxy in use and open Flippa in an incognito window.

Read my reply above, implement what I mentioned and stop worrying about MAC address.

    Good advice here.

Offtopic, if you are trying to connect to an ISP that is unhappy with you, like Comcast Xfinity, you may have to change your MAC address to do it. OSX makes it easy and that link in the second post shows how.

But yeah, if you're blocked by a site, you need to think about a lot more than your MAC. Think about your user agents, your IP, and your headers in general. You probably need a better automation tool if you're getting blocked regularly, or you need to build your own.
