OK so your MAC address isn't available AFAIK... BUT your router address is available via XSS. Now this is not an issue as far as legit companies like paypal / ebay are concerned, but a haxor who doesn't care about the law can theoretically get your MAC address via XSS. Also it is trivial to change your MAC address, there's no need to buy a new network card every time.

You can spoof your MAC address anyway
Google for "Technitium MAC Address Changer". It works....
