I had 2 charge backs with Shopify and gave tracking numbers and luckily never lost. PP on the other hand sucks for disputes.

Ive won over 50 and never lost. if they say never delivered i screen shot tracking and if the customers emailed me after delivery asking for return or exchange i ss and send that to. For not a described i call paypal and say ill offer so much back because my tos says no refunds.

I have no idea how you get away with saying "no refunds". What country are you in?

In the U.K. a customer can get a refund up to 30 days (or 28, can't remember exactly). If a company refuses a refund, the customer can go to trading standards and get yo shit fucked.
