You're right, I've been warning people on this forum for months now that I'm going to start issuing infractions to the buyers.
OP, while I appreciate the fact that you took the time to call out this scammer,
simply reporting him when he PMed you would've resulted in him getting banned and it would've saved you $15 in the process (see the edit below). You've received an infraction for encouraging rule breaking by soliciting the services of a yellow member.
Edit: This is even worse. YOU started the conversation with him.
