Low Price Best web hosting

I use Awardspace. They have a free hosting plan but I wouldn't recommend it except for website testing purposes. Recently I purchased their Basic plan for EUR 1.99/year, which is normally about EUR 35/year. Not sure if they still offer this price, though.
I like their customer support very much.

No way for unlimited. The provider will ban you if you use over limit.
